Wines of France, Inc.

Alain Junguenet founded Wines of France, Inc. in 1984 in Mountainside, NJ, after a long career of racing cars in France and around Europe.  Alain's selection is known for its focus on the Rhone Valley, more specifically, Chateauneuf-du-Pape.  Even the 'Grand Fromage' of wine critics, Robert Parker, recognized this when he dubbed Alain with the title "Mr. Chateauneuf-du-Pape."  The Wines of France, Inc. portfolio represents all of France's wine regions and is dedicated to working with small, family-run estates producing quality wines that represent their regions and offer good value.

John Junguenet

Alain's son John has followed his father and is the future of Wines of France, Inc.  Chateauneuf-du-Pape is not unfamiliar to John, as he worked the 2005 harvest at Le Vieux Donjon, who was selected #3 in Wine Spectator's Top 100 of 2007.  John grew up visiting the various wine regions of France, and enjoys talking to people about his homeland and the wines that it produces.
