Welcome to the Newport Mansions in scenic Newport, Rhode Island. We are The Preservation Society of Newport County, a private non-profit institution dedicated to historic preservation. We invite you to come and explore our eleven properties, representing more than 250 years of social and architectural history in the city that was America's First Resort.
Colonial, Victorian, the Gilded Age - Newport has it all, and the Preservation Society offers our visitors affordable individual and combination tickets. Plan a personal itinerary, design a family vacation or make arrangements for group tours; all the information you need is right here.

Invest your vacation dollars in historic preservation by becoming a member of the Preservation Society. Membership provides an annual pass good for unlimited admission to all of the Society's properties, member's entrance to The Breakers and Marble House, and many other benefits including discounts in the Newport Mansions Stores.
Some of our houses are open seasonally, so please check our Operating Schedule to determine which houses are open and which tours are offered when you are planning to visit.
